4-Course Wine Dinner with Ellman Family Vineyards

December 13, 2020 06:30 PM until December 13, 2020 09:30 PM

Legendary winemaker, Andy Erickson, known for his expertise winemaking for Screaming Eagle, Harlan Estate, Staglin Family Vineyard, Ovid, Spottswoode, and Dalla Valle, is showcasing his newest venture, Ellman Family Winery.

“The Ellman Family Estate is a 20-acre, west-facing vineyard along the Silverado Trail. Nestled at the base of Soda Canyon and in the shadows of Atlas Peak, the vines grow in an ancient riverbed. The soil is strewn with cobbles and rocks, stressing the vines and offering optimal drainage. Planted in 1998 to a suitcase clone of Cabernet Sauvignon, the combination of gentle slope, rocky soils, and old world clonal material cooperate to produce wines of richness and complexity.”

Join us on Sunday, December 13th for a four-course (socially distanced) dinner curated by Executive Chef Brendan Mica and Sous Chef Maryam Ahmadimotlagh paired with Ellman wines. A great way to safely spend time together over the holidays or purchase as a gift.
