Celebrate the New Year with the Santuari Family! Executive Chef Brendan Mica and his culinary team have created an exquisite coursed menu to serve as the showpiece for your final meal of 2019. Wine pairing, black truffle, and caviar additions available. Vegan tasting menu available as well!

Salmon Rillette Crostini

  crispy buttered sourdough, salted cucumber, smoked trout caviar, baby sorrel

2nd Course

Roasted Cashew Flan

 citrus salad, endive 

3rd Course

Butter Poached Maine Lobster

anson mills risotto, truffle, green apple slaw, chili oil

4th Course

Grilled Wagyu

 parsnip puree, sweet potato chips, chard greens, veal jus
